Curious as to Phil's whereabouts, I recently brought up his name online only to learn of his passing in 2016. I knew Phil as a security guard with Electric Boat in Groton, Ct. In 1979, Phil, (and his first wife, Donna) officiated at Faith (my previous wife) and my wedding ceremony held in their home. We all moved to Houston, Tx where we began a new adventure on life. Unfortunately, I lost track of Phil when both he and I experienced very painful divorces. I lost track of Phil when I moved back to New England. He was a great father to the children and always believed in the success of tomorrow. He was a good man with great ambition...was a Faithful Father and Husband and dedicated to his family and close friends. God give him peace
