To The Family of Serstin Sharon Lango,
I never met Serstin face to face. I was introduced to her through a phone call by Mrs. Katina Fonville. Serstin and I had a great conversation filled with laughter, seriousness, and great wisdom. We talked about our hometown Buffalo, NY , how it was such a small world, the things we missed, and the things that we'd be happy never to see again (Shoveling Snow). She gave me some much needed guidance and solace during one of the most difficult times in my life, and she spoke the truth, didn't sugar coat it, and didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but told me what I needed to. I respect that so much. Even though I am a tiny blip in her life, a small chance encounter, she made an impact, and for that I am forever grateful. I didn't know her personally but it seemed like I did because of all the wonderful things I was told about her. She was STRONG, had tenacity, firm in her beliefs, Loyal, and most of all loved for being a great friend to mine.
My and my families deepest sympathy to her family, friends and loved ones.

Serstin was so talented, full of life and always doing for others. Just knowing you are not next door hurts my heart. Mike, you and all the boys, and all your family, are in our thoughts and prayers. To the entire family-Our hearts are breaking for all of you and for Serstin. That picture is beautiful, but then she was always beautiful. We are so sorry we can't be there, but we will be in our hearts. Joy-I am so sorry. No mother should lose a child. It doesn't feel right not being there with you. I love you so much big sister. Zsofi will always remain in our hearts. She was so strong and put up a valiant fight. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
